THE MARKET GAP
What makes a luxury décor brand worth remembering beyond the products it sells?
Most brands spoke about premium materials, handcrafted processes, and heritage. Their products looked luxurious, but their identities rarely went beyond the objects.
The category had become product-first, leaving little room for story, curation, or emotional connection. Consumers could admire the craftsmanship, but rarely understood the thinking or purpose behind it. That insight shifted our approach from branding a collection of products to creating a brand that curated meaningful objects, elevated spaces, and made luxury feel deeply personal.
